Neil Bushill - Manager (pictured left)

Neil has recently created a new team to manage, motivate, organise and assist Dave in reaching his yet to be achieved potential as a Touring Professional. With a track record of creating and developing a wide variety of businesses in the hospitality and leisure industry, Neil has worked with Dave for a short period of time culminating in a successful campaign at Q School late in November 2007, when Dave gained the number 19 card and secured a place back on the European Tour.

 As an keen golfer and fellow member of Enmore Park Golf Club, Neil has followed Dave's career with interest since his days as an amateur winning the Silver Medal at Royal Lytham and St Annes in 2001. He is now committed to ensuring that Dave is fitter, stronger, professional, highly motivated and mentally prepared for the coming season.

Kristian Baker - Coach (pictured right)

Kristian is head of instruction at the famous Wentworth Club at Virginia Water and has been coaching Dave during the latter part of 2007. As well as keeping a watchful eye over Dave's golf swing, Kristian also coaches European Tour Professional and recent winner of the European Open, Ross Fisher.

Kristian uses the latest technology with his students, including video analysis, physical screening for fitness, and motion analysis systems, to help give maximum benefit to the student and enhance their understanding and appreciation of the mechanics of the golf swing.

Mark Crane - Caddy

Mark has recently started working with David as his full time time tour caddy.
